本网站不要求注册账号，不使用 Cookie 或其他技术追踪您的浏览行为，也不收集身份证件、银行账户、精确位置等敏感个人信息。为保障网站安全，网站服务器可能按行业惯例记录访问日志（如 IP 地址、浏览器类型、访问时间）。

三、我们如何使用这些信息

我们仅将上述信息用于跟进您的光伏咨询，包括：

• 评估您的屋顶条件，为您准备光伏方案或安排现场勘察；

我们不会将您的信息用于与光伏咨询无关的用途，不会向您发送无关的营销信息，也不会利用您的信息进行自动化决策。如需将信息用于其他目的，我们会事先再次征得您的同意。

四、处理的法律依据与您的同意

我们基于您的同意处理您的个人信息。提交表单前，您需要主动勾选“我已阅读并同意《隐私政策》”；未勾选时无法提交。您可以随时撤回同意（见第八条），撤回不影响撤回前已进行的处理活动的效力。

五、信息的提交与保存方式

本网站本身不保存您填写的表单内容。您点击提交后，网站会在您的设备上生成一封咨询邮件（或一段可复制的咨询文字），由您自行发送给我们。我们通过公司的电子邮箱和工作手机接收并保存您的咨询信息。

保存地点：您的个人信息保存在中华人民共和国境内，我们不会向境外提供。

保存期限：自我们与您最后一次联系之日起 2 年；期满后我们将删除或匿名化处理。如您要求删除，或双方未达成合作且您明确表示不再需要我们联系，我们会及时删除。法律法规另有规定的，从其规定。

六、信息的共享与对外提供

我们不会出售您的个人信息。除以下情形外，我们不会向任何第三方提供您的个人信息：

• 事先取得您的单独同意（例如，项目推进中需要向建筑设计院、电网企业等提供必要信息时）；
• 法律法规规定或有权机关依法要求。

This policy is written in line with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) and explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information through this website, and the rights you have. Please read it before sending us an enquiry. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.

2. What we collect

We only collect personal information when you choose to fill in and send the enquiry form, or contact us yourself by phone, WeChat or email:

• Required: your name and phone number;
• Optional: company name, project city, roof type, roof area, preferred call-back time, and your message;
• If you send your enquiry by email, we also receive your email address;
• Any other project-related information you choose to give us by phone or WeChat.

This website does not require an account, does not use cookies or other technology to track your browsing, and does not collect sensitive personal information such as ID documents, bank details or precise location. For security, the web server may keep standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit).

3. How we use it

We use this information only to follow up on your solar enquiry, including to:

• contact you and answer your questions;
• assess your roof and prepare a solar proposal or arrange a site survey;
• continue project discussions once you agree to work with us.

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your solar enquiry, do not send you unrelated marketing, and do not use it for automated decision-making. If we need to use it for another purpose, we will ask for your consent again first.

4. Legal basis and your consent

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent. Before sending the form you must tick “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy”; the form cannot be sent without it. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8). Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

5. How it is sent and stored

The website itself does not store what you enter in the form. When you press send, the site prepares an enquiry email (or a block of text you can copy) on your own device, and you send it to us. We receive and keep your enquiry through the company's email account and work phones.

Location: your personal information is stored within the People's Republic of China. We do not transfer it abroad.

Retention: 2 years from our last contact with you, after which we delete or anonymise it. We delete it sooner if you ask, or if we do not end up working together and you tell us you no longer wish to be contacted. Where laws or regulations require otherwise, those rules apply.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not provide it to any third party except:

• with your separate prior consent (for example, where a project requires necessary information to be given to a building design institute or the grid company);
• where required by laws and regulations or lawfully requested by competent authorities.

Our email service is provided by a service provider in mainland China, which stores messages only on our behalf and may not use your information for any other purpose.

7. How we protect it

Only staff who handle enquiries can access your information, and they are bound by confidentiality. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to prevent leakage, tampering and loss. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will take remedial action and notify you as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Under the law you have the right to:

• access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
• correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete information;
• ask us to delete your personal information;
• withdraw your consent, or restrict or refuse our processing;
• ask us to explain this policy.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the phone number or email in section 1. We will reply within 15 working days after verifying your identity. If you believe our processing has harmed your lawful rights, you may complain to the cyberspace administration or other authority responsible for personal information protection.

9. Minors

This website serves businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you are a minor, please contact us only with your guardian's consent and guidance.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with its date. If the purpose, method or type of information processed changes, we will obtain your consent again.
